Z.C BIO-SLIPPERS SERIES – Natural Lyocell Cotton Cork Slipper
Product Detail Content

Material
Engineering
This slipper adopts a soft-structure design centered on material flexibility and tactile comfort. The outer upper, inner upper, and vamp are constructed from natural-tone lyocell cotton fabric, characterized by a smooth surface texture and low surface friction, providing a silk-like hand feel while maintaining breathability suitable for indoor use.
A swallow-shaped upper structure allows additional vertical space across the instep area, supporting a more relaxed fit for higher insteps and broader foot profiles. The sole consists of a 2 mm natural cork layer combined with cotton filling, offering light cushioning and stable foot contact. A natural cotton herringbone binding reinforces the edges, ensuring structural stability without introducing synthetic components.

Hospitality
Application Performance
Designed for short-stay and disposable-use scenarios, this slipper emphasizes comfort tolerance and quiet indoor performance. The flexible upper structure adapts well to varied foot shapes, reducing localized pressure during wear. The smooth-surface fabric helps manage light moisture while maintaining a clean, cool touch throughout the guest’s stay. The cork sole delivers low-noise movement and reliable grip on common hotel flooring such as tile and laminate, making the slipper suitable for guest rooms, SPA areas, and wellness facilities where calm movement and comfort are expected.
Sustainability
& Compliance Logic
Constructed entirely from natural fibers, this slipper is biodegradable and compatible with low-impact disposal pathways. Cork is a renewable material with relatively low processing emissions, while the simplified, plastic-free material structure helps reduce environmental burden and downstream waste. The product aligns with BIO-oriented procurement thinking and sustainability-focused hospitality initiatives that emphasize material responsibility and functional clarity.
