Z.C BIO-SLIPPERS SERIES – Blue Wave Cotton Cork Slipper (Footbed Print)
Product Detail Content

Material
Engineering
This slipper adopts a function-driven material layout that separates structure from contact comfort. The outer and inner uppers are constructed from bleached poly–cotton fabric, offering stable shape, smooth surface texture, and reliable performance for short-stay hospitality use.
The vamp, which forms the primary foot-contact surface, is made from printed cotton fabric featuring a wave-inspired pattern. This cotton footbed layer provides breathable skin contact and visual softness directly underfoot, distinguishing it from designs where printed fabrics are used only as exterior decoration.
The sole consists of a 2 mm natural cork layer combined with cotton filling, delivering light cushioning, stable foot contact, and low-noise movement. A blue woven binding reinforces the edges, supporting structural integrity and coordinated appearance.

Hospitality
Application Performance
Designed for short-stay and disposable-use scenarios, this slipper emphasizes underfoot comfort and visual calm. The cotton footbed helps maintain a soft, dry touch during use, while the poly–cotton upper structure preserves shape and appearance throughout the guest’s stay. The cork sole provides quiet steps and reliable grip on common hotel flooring such as tile and laminate, making the slipper suitable for guest rooms, seaside resorts, SPA areas, and wellness facilities where a relaxed, coastal atmosphere is desired.
Sustainability
& Compliance Logic
This slipper follows a reduced-plastic material strategy by combining cork and cotton-based contact layers with a simplified structural design. While not fully natural due to the poly–cotton upper, the product avoids unnecessary synthetic layers and maintains controlled material complexity. It aligns with BIO-oriented procurement thinking that prioritizes material efficiency, functional separation, and practical environmental consideration rather than absolute material purity.
